We currently have two methods to obtain reports: 1) Preferred Method: View Submissions and Reports -- This method uses the same user name and login for new submissions and allows you to send and receive messages. 2) Old Method: View Reports -- This is our traditional Sharefile method. It may require a different username and password than what is used for submissions.
